Prior to becoming a realtor in 2016 at the Delaware beaches, I worked in the construction industry as an electrician.  My next educational achievement was the completion of my bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, followed by a career in engineering design and construction management.  As an electrical engineer I became increasingly involved in computer technology and served as information technology manager for a large real estate broker and properly management firm at the beaches in Delaware.  I then obtained my real estate license in Delaware in 2016, my Florida real license in 2018, and Florida broker’s license in 2020. I continue to work as an associate broker in Florida.  In order to serve my clients even better, I became a mortgage loan originator in Florida with Rocket Mortgage in 2021 (NMLS #2080748). 

I work as a team with my wife, Susan White, who is a realtor in Delaware, Maryland, and Florida, and associate broker in Florida.  The above information demonstrates my abilities to best serve a seller or buyer with their housing and future home needs in Florida and Delaware.
